For Safety
- Dogs must remain leashed in common areas
- Do not leave dogs unattended in the tub or on table
- If you have a reactive dog feel free to call us beforehand, we’re here to help
For Cleanliness
- We advise to brush out heavy mats before bathing as bathing with mats can make them worse
- Last wash begins 1 hour before closing time
- We handle sanitation — please alert staff of any accidents

Do I need an appointment?
Self-wash is on a walk-in basis. Feel free to call us ahead of time to see if there are waiting times.
How long do I get?
• There are no time limits at Klean K9!
Can staff help me?
Absolutely. We’ll set up your room and assist with dryer/sprayer as needed.
Can I bring my own shampoo?
Yes. If your dog has sensitivities, bring vet‑recommended products; we’ll supply everything else.
Is the room truly private?
Yes — closed‑door rooms for a calmer, low‑stress experience. We sanitize after each use.
What if my dog is anxious?
Ask us for quieter hours. For heavy anxiety or matting, consider a Full Groom with our team.
