How often should my dog be groomed?
Every 4–8 weeks for most breeds. Curly/long coats benefit from 4–6 weeks; short coats 6–8. We’ll set a schedule based on coat type and lifestyle.
Why is professional grooming better than DIY?
Pros remove undercoat safely, spot skin/ear issues early, and use tools/products matched to your dog’s coat—reducing shedding, mats, and irritation.
Do you use hypoallergenic products?
Yes. We choose pH-balanced, hypoallergenic formulas and can use medicated shampoos if your vet recommends them.
Will my anxious dog be okay?
We groom at your dog’s pace in private rooms with low-stress handling. Breaks are welcome; comfort comes first.
How long does a full groom take?
Typically 1.5–3 hours depending on size, coat condition, and services. We’ll give a time window at check-in.
